According to one study, people who consume cumin can lose about 2 pounds of weight without starving and without a special diet.

You can always add a little cumin in cooked meals or make a mixture of spices that you store in a glass jar. The mixture should include dried pepper, garlic, cumin, pepper, salt, a little turmeric.
