a delicious culinary herb and is one of the most effective and gentle
ways of removing mercury, heavy metals and other toxic contaminants. You
can include the fresh herb in your diet as pesto or seasoning to
control the amount consumed or you can buy cilantro juice at health food
stores. Cilantro also possesses antibacterial and anti-fungal
properties, working to reduce
infection and inflammation as it works to clear your system. People
generally either love cilantro or they hate it but love or hate it, it
has great detoxing qualities.
Chlorella is an algae sea vegetable that grows in fresh water.

effects may include nausea, vomiting, muscle aches and pains, dizziness
and fatigue. Also be aware that detoxing can cause a flare-up in your
condition temporarily. Don’t worry it’s just the toxins leaving your

to reduce the quantity of whatever you’re using to detox. If the
