Ingredients needed:

• 250 grams / 8.8 oz of cold pressed olive oil
• 250 grams / 8.8 oz of organic honey
• 250 grams / 8.8 oz of lemon
• 250 grams / 8.8 oz of parsley root
• 1 cup of maple syrup

Method of preparation:

Chop the lemon, together with its rind, put it in a blender and mix it well. After that, clean and chop the parsley root and add it in the blender. Add the maple syrup and olive oil as well and mix everything good until you get homogeneous mixture.

Transfer the resulting mixture in a glass jar which you need to keep in the fridge. Consume one tablespoon of the mixture each morning on an empty stomach. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids during the whole day.

Lemon is the main active ingredient in this recipe. It raises urine’s acidity thus it melts the unwanted kidney stone. Parsley, on the other hand, is very important because it is great natural diuretic that helps in the process of urine creation.
